Dr. Dayna Lammel, who goes by Dr. Dayna, describes her path to becoming a chiropractor as profoundly personal.
Born with a clubbed foot, she underwent numerous treatments, including castings, surgeries, and physical therapy.
Despite being told she would never fully regain movement in her ankle, Dr. Dayna refused to accept this as her limit.
Her experience overcoming physical challenges inspired her to help others do the same.
As a teenager, she explored different healthcare careers, but nothing felt right until she met a chiropractor.
This chiropractor took the time to teach her about the power of chiropractic care.
Dr. Dayna saw how adjustments could improve not just back pain but also overall health by supporting the nervous system.
That day, she knew she had found her calling.
She went on to study Exercise Physiology at Brigham Young University-Idaho, where she learned about physical therapy, athletic training, and nutrition.
She then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose.
At first, she wanted to focus on sports chiropractic, but she soon discovered her passion for working with children, pregnant women, and families.
She took extra courses and seminars to expand her knowledge in these areas.
Now, as a chiropractor, Dr. Dayna uses precise and gentle techniques to help people of all ages move and feel better.
She listens closely, takes her time, and creates personalized treatment plans to help patients reach their full potential.
